I Quit! Steps to Smoke Cessation Course

This six-week online course paired with two health coaching sessions will help you quit smoking or reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke. You will also develop healthy habits in alignment with your goals/desires and discover the four main triggers that cause you to smoke.  Think of all the money you will save by eliminating this unhealthy habit. Most importantly, connect with a community that can support and encourage you along the way.
