Ingredients You'll Need:
Salsa
1 pineapple
3/4 pineapple chucks
1 jalapeno
1/2 tomatoes
1/3 red onion
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 salmon fillet
10-15 shrimp
2 tbsps. Cajun seasoning (Slap Ya Mama brand or make your own with paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, sea salt, onion powder, cayenne and black pepper)
3 tbsps. olive oil

Season the Seafood: Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasonings. Rub and massage in this seasoning and let marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sear the Seafood: In a hot pan with olive oil, sear the marinated salmon and shrimp until they are cooked to perfection and develop a golden crust.
Serve and Enjoy: Transform the pineapple into a bowl by halving it and scooping out the pineapple flesh. Then, fill it with rice, salsa, and finish by adding the seared salmon and shrimp on top.
