What is Divine Feminine?
The concept of the Divine Feminine is deeply rooted in spirituality, and its definition may vary depending on individual interpretations. While there is a general definition, it is essential to explore what this means for each person. To me, the Divine Feminine represents a sacred energy and consciousness that transcends gender and can only be felt and experienced, serving as a healing force beyond our physical reality. It connects us to the Divine Spirit and the Creator of the universe, and it's through listening to our intuition, trusting our inner voice and spirit, and speaking our truth that we can tap into this force. This aspect of ourselves brings balance to our soul and spirit, but it has been suppressed and hidden for far too long, not just within us but in the universe as well.
This message is intended for those who identify as women, Goddesses, and were born into this physical 3D reality, but may be struggling to embrace their divine feminine energy, whether unconsciously or due to societal conditioning. My aim is to encourage those who seek to align themselves with their authentic feminine essence.
The essence of womanhood is a distinctive and divine expression. Every woman possesses a unique manifestation of the divine feminine. To truly align with this essence, it's essential to reject conformity to any preconceived notions of what defines femininity. This involves releasing any hindrances that may impede the flow of your unique feminine energy. Reclaiming your true identity is key to redefining the narrative of what it means to be a woman, according to your own values and beliefs, as opposed to societal expectations.
Our consciousness can be categorized into masculine and feminine energies, each playing a crucial role in reaching our ultimate spiritual and creative potential. The universe itself is composed of these energies, represented in various forms, such as Yin and Yang, God and Goddesses, and Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine.

The Divine Feminine symbolizes the connection to the consciousness that is responsible for an array of qualities such as restoration, empathy, compassion, life, renewal, creation, birth, healing, receptivity, openness, love, nurturing, understanding, insight, intuition, wisdom, forgiveness, connection, harmony, sensuality, allowing, surrendering, emotion, reflection, and being, among others. It's important to note that these qualities are not gender-specific. To embrace our Divine Feminine essence is to explore and connect with these qualities and enable them to manifest themselves naturally.
Masculine energy is characterized by impatience, ambition, haste, forcefulness, organization, action, competition, toughness, aggression, control, drive, analysis, assertion, logic, busyness, and left-brain thinking. It's often an outward-facing energy.
In my opinion, we currently inhabit a society that primarily promotes the wounded masculine archetype, failing to serve individuals on a spiritual level, regardless of their gender or age. Our culture encourages us to be human "doings," rather than human "beings," fostering a constant state of excessive masculine energy. The prolonged practice of this lifestyle can lead to exhaustion, instability, and disrupt the natural flow of the universe. This can result in imbalances and hindrances that may go unnoticed, ultimately leading to detrimental consequences for all.
When contemplating the contrast between masculine and feminine energies, I envision a container of water as a fitting metaphor. The container represents the masculine energy, while the water embodies the feminine energy. Without the water, the container serves no purpose, as it was created to hold and contain something. Conversely, without the container, the water lacks direction and protection, spilling everywhere. Both energies are interdependent and play equally vital roles in creating balance and harmony. Another useful analogy for conceptualizing masculine and feminine energy is to envision masculine energy as a forceful waterfall and feminine energy as a river that flows.
From my perspective, women have lost a connection to their individuality, resulting in a lack of self-expression. This repression is driven by our desire for acceptance causing us to prioritize conformity over self-care. The modern world's incessant demands leave little time for reflection, rejuvenation, and personal growth, leading us to become consumed by an image-driven culture.
Attracting elements such as love, inner peace, abundance, wisdom, or health requires a receptive state, which can be difficult to achieve when constantly in a masculine action-oriented mode. Even during spiritual practices, such as affirmations and visualizations, overdoing it can result in blocking the very manifestation we seek. It's imperative to surrender to God after planting a seed of desire and release the need to control the outcome. Planting a seed merely requires nurturing it with water, as God provides the necessary sunlight, rain, and sometimes even crop killers to test us. Attempting to micromanage these elements hinders the harvest from materializing. This season has taught me a valuable lesson in relinquishing control.
How can you cultivate a deeper relationship with your Divine Feminine? Although the answer to this question varies for each individual, allow me to share some fundamental principles that have been beneficial for me and continue to be so, as I am still evolving.

Slow Down- The Divine Masculine energy is characterized by action, while the Divine Feminine energy is associated with being present. It's essential to find moments to be still, nurture the spirit through prayer, meditation, and spending time in reflection and silence, becoming fully aware of the present moment and our surroundings. By taking time to go with the flow of life and surrender to the Most High God, you can cultivate a more profound sense of inner peace and fulfillment.
Live from the heart- Embracing your emotions and giving them the space, they need to be felt is vital. Often, we tend to overthink and analyze everything instead of allowing ourselves to feel them genuinely. Society has taught us to avoid showing emotions or being vulnerable, as it's often associated with weakness. However, taking the time to listen to your heart and connecting with your emotions in every moment is crucial. Your heart is the essence of your soul, and living from your heart can help restore balance in your life. This will enable you to show kindness to others and be grateful for who you are and what you have.
Connect with the earth- Spending time in nature is an excellent way to connect with the Divine Feminine and restore ourselves. Dance in the rain, walk barefoot on the soil, bask in the sun's warmth, inhale the fragrance of flowers, listen to the animals' whispers, and appreciate everything created solely for us by our Creator God.
Become a listener. To connect with others on a deeper level, it's essential to listen with empathy instead of solely focusing on expressing ourselves or finding solutions. Simply hearing others out and acknowledging their feelings and perspectives is a powerful way to show that we value them. By adopting this approach, we can tap into our divine feminine nature, which is characterized by receptivity and emotional intelligence. Active listening allows us to receive vital information.
Honor your menstrual cycle- The feminine power expressed through menstruation is remarkable. Although the associated cramps, bloating, and acne may seem challenging to embrace, these symptoms are often a result of an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. Menstruation is a natural way of releasing and shedding, bringing forth life into the world. It's essential to honor this process.
Spend time with other women- Collaboration is a crucial aspect of personal growth. It's essential to surround yourself with like-minded women who are self-aware of the power of connectedness. Spending time with women who uplift and remind you of your true essence can be a healing experience. While it's true that some women may exhibit negative traits such as gossiping, cattiness, jealousy, and hatred, it's important to find your tribe to experience the positive effects of being around supportive women. It's possible that you may have encountered the wrong women who have shaped your opinion of all women. However, this can change. Even if you're an introvert, socially awkward, or shy, it's not an excuse to go through life alone. Therefore, find a group of women who can pour into you as you pour into them. Reciprocation is key in this endeavor. These women may not necessarily be from your family; they may be strangers from different cultures, races, backgrounds, and parts of the world. Regardless, spending time with a woman or a tribe of women can help you tap into your divine feminine essence and express yourself more fully.
Self-Acceptance- It's essential to cultivate self-love and acceptance to connect with your Divine Feminine. Consider standing in front of a mirror and acknowledging the beauty within you every day. Your physical body is a temporary vessel for the true essence of your being. While it's normal to have preferences and dislikes about your appearance, avoid comparing yourself to others and instead focus on accepting yourself for who you are. If there are aspects you wish to change, discipline and consistency are key to achieving these goals. However, if you are unable to change them, embrace them and recognize that you are perfect just as you are.
Let Go and Release- Expressing your Divine Feminine is all about releasing and letting go of those things and ideals that disallow you to be who you really are. Surrender to the flow of life and let things happen naturally. Remember your DF is something like a river that flows. There is so much power to a flowing river. It has the power to break down a mountain. We hold on to so much out of ego and wanting to be in control and wanting to be right that we miss our blessings in the power of letting things just BE. Let go. If it is meant to be in your life, it will come back around. Letting go and releasing is telling God you trust what is being done in your life.
Self-Expression -The way you walk and how your hips sway left to right, the way you speak, how you wear your hair, the way you dress, the jewelry you wear, the wigs and makeup you use to enhance your beauty, the respect you demand when you walk in the room, your skin, the fragrances you put on, and more are all ways you express your individuality and uniqueness. Express yourself how you see fit without restraint or fear of what someone else may think. Be you unapogetically. Your power is in your uniqueness. The essence of womanhood can be likened to a puzzle, with each woman possessing a unique piece that contributes to the greater picture.
You possess immense power in your actions and essence, saturated with love. You were created for this moment in time, and it's essential to embrace your Divine Feminine energy fully. It's imperative to strike a balance between masculine and feminine energies to express your highest spiritual self.
