Hey There

My name is Trici Noel Coleman and I'm extremely excited to launch and share my new books Wait on Purpose and Step Up to the Plate of LIFE: Living in Full Excellence. The wait might have been lengthy, but it will be worth it. Keep reading to learn more about the books and my four-course journal set. 

 

Food for thought:

You are what you eat. This does not only pertain to physical food but also to what you feed your spirit and your mind through spiritual food (energy). When you are malnourished, you lack the proper energy and nutrients to help you grow and heal. When life starts life-ing and you’re spiritually unfit it can cause an imbalance in the four core areas of your life: resulting in chaos and confusion, lack of peace and joy, unfulfillment, unproductivity, misalignment and even depression and anxiety.  

I like to compare these core areas or pillars of your life to a four-course meal. When you go to a restaurant you are usually given an appetizer first, then a main course, a salad, and lastly dessert. This four-course meal usually results in feelings of satisfaction and feeling FULL (rubbing your stomach)

When you consume proper foods (energy) in these four core areas of your L.I.F.E. you become FULL-filled. (fulfilled), you start to walk in full alignment with Divine. 

Nutrition plays an integral role in your survival and overall well-being. What you consume, or neglect to consume, shapes your being in ways beyond measure. The power of balanced spiritual nutrition is a delicate dance, for too little or too much of certain nutrients which are substances that provide nourishment essential for growth and the maintenance of life; can lead to a host of afflictions that affect your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical selves, resulting in spiritual Malnutrition

What are you feeding your Spirit? Mind? Body? Are you eating food necessary for your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and growth?

In Step Up to the Plate of L.I.F.E.: Living in Full Excellence, I compare the four core areas of your life, to a four-course meal and share a unique perspective of the unhealthy conditions of these areas if not properly balanced and nourished leading to stunted growth, unfulfillment and a lack of peace of mind, clarity and healing. 

Let this book remind you of the importance of becoming spiritually fit by recognizing and intentionally eating physical and spiritual food that gives you the proper energy and nutrition necessary for growth, development and FULL-fillment! You Are What You Eat!
